Shipping Policy

At HelensyCoffee, all orders are processed and shipped from the United States through our fulfillment partner.

Delivery Times Orders are delivered within 1 to 5 business days from order confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Processing Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Processing may take 1 additional business day before shipment.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Zones We currently ship within the United States.

Issues If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us at helensyshop@gmail.com and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
